Drop-in Fitness Classes at Grosse Isle Hall – All Classes Free!
Thanks to the Healthy Together Now grant, we are excited to offer free drop-in fitness classes at Grosse Isle Hall this fall. Whether you’re looking to unwind with yoga or get energized with a fitness class, we have something for everyone.
Class Schedule:
- Yoga – Tuesday, October 8 @ 7 PM
- Fitness Class – Thursday, October 17 @ 7 PM
- Yoga – Saturday, October 26 @ 8:30 AM
- Fitness Class – Saturday, November 2 @ 8:30 AM
No registration required—just show up and get moving! Perfect for all fitness levels. See you there!
