Grosse Isle is a small rural community 13 kilometers north-west of Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is partially in the Rural Municipality of Rosser and partially in the Rural Municipality of Rockwood. The name of Grosse Isle comes from the French “Grosse Île”, meaning big island.
The Grosse Isle Recreation Club promotes healthy living by providing a place to host events and services locally, that bring people together to socialize, connect, learn and work together.
