Includes:

  • upstairs hall space w/stage,
  • table set-up take down,
  • use of kitchen to set out lunch,
  • staff to set out and clean up late lunch,
  • door staff

(2:00 PM (same day) – 2:00 AM)
50% damage deposit required
Cost to print tickets is extra

Funerals

Catering may be available upon request. Social type food may be brought in to be set out and cleaned up by The Club.

Renter brings in all supplies, permit, and pays for bartender, if required.

Alcohol Service

If you wish to serve alcohol during your event you will require a social occasion liquor permit.

These can be obtained from the LGCA permit office, Liquor Marts or on line at
www.LGCAmb.ca

Following approval of the Grosse Isle Rec Centre, it is the renter’s responsibility to obtain the permit.

It is the renter’s responsibility to purchase, deliver and remove all product.

Bartenders will be provided by the Hall at a cost of $15/hr/bartender to the renter.

The renter must provide all bar supplies, including, ice, plastic glassware, soft drinks, juice etc.
